ITverket - Senior Consultant

Worked about two years as a senior consultant for ITverket. Here I did work on both external and internal projects, such as developing a sales management system for the leader group.

Capgemini - Lead Consultant

Worked for close to three years in Capgemini's Java department. I was involved in a project with the Norwegian Public Roads Administration (Vegdirektoratet), where we developed a new solution for registering and reporting traffic accidents. Additionally, I was part of Capgemini's recruitment team for IgnITe 2020, where I handled applications and conducted interviews for approximately 100 potential candidates. I have also participated in various career fairs, contributed to the development of marketing materials, and engaged in similar activities. Moreover, I was a member of the leadership group for the Java department, where my role included providing support and guidance to some of our new hires. I participated in multiple professional communities, including the Java community, where I was a member of the technical committee. I also delivered a presentation on the current status of quantum computers. Additionally, I served on the organizing committee for a company-wide sports tournament called "mangekampen", which features competitions in 14 different sports disciplines.
